Łukasiewicz–ITR at PLASTPOL 2025: Ultrasonic Solutions for Industry

Held from May 20 to 23, 2025, in Kielce, PLASTPOL is one of the most important trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to plastics processing. For Łukasiewicz – Institute of Tele- and Radio Technology, this event has long been a tradition and a valuable opportunity to showcase our innovations and connect with key players in the industry.

This year, our booth once again drew attention with a range of advanced ultrasonic technologies, including:

• Sonic Blaster – a compact and precise ultrasonic welder for fast and reliable plastic welding,
• Sonic Rotor – a rotary ultrasonic welder designed for continuous processing,
• Ultrasonic cutter – a device for clean, burr-free cutting of soft and multilayer materials.

We also presented our comprehensive industrial support offer, which includes:

• design and manufacturing of customized ultrasonic generators and sonotrodes,
• process testing and optimization in our in-house laboratories,
• integration of ultrasonic welding and cutting technologies with production lines,
• development of dedicated applications for the packaging, electronics, and medical industries.

Our solutions generated great interest among visitors. We welcomed representatives from many companies seeking reliable and high-tech industrial tools. Even during the event, the first business inquiries began, clearly demonstrating that our technologies meet real market needs.
