We offer an automatic line for welding non-weldable materials, such as fiberglass mesh, with a corner angle made of thermoplastic material. The welding operation is performed in a stepwise system on both surfaces of the corner angle simultaneously, ensuring an output of around 8 meters per minute. The device is equipped with two independent ultrasonic systems and two SONIC BLASTER generators, guaranteeing precise and durable connections.
Additionally, we offer an advanced version of this line, which includes a module for trimming the welded mesh. The welding process takes place continuously on one plane, significantly increasing the output to 20 meters per minute. There is also the option to expand the system with a second parallel welding setup, further enhancing the overall process efficiency.
