We manufacture filter mask production lines designed for bonding, welding, and simultaneously cutting up to 6 layers of nonwoven fabric, used to produce filter elements of a specific shape. The welding and cutting process is continuous and fully automated, ensuring high efficiency at a rate of 8 meters per minute. The ultrasonic units, which are key components of the line, are powered by our SONIC BLASTER ultrasonic generators. The number of ultrasonic systems is adjusted to the width of the nonwoven fabric, ensuring both efficiency and precision in production.
