The SONIC ACTUATOR SA320 modular ultrasonic welder is an advanced device designed for bonding thermoplastic materials using ultrasonic technology. The device utilizes a titanium Sonic Converter SC320T transducer and a titanium Sonic Booster, ensuring high durability and operational efficiency.
The welder offers amplitude adjustment within the range of 10-100% and supports various operational modes, including energy mode, time mode, and continuous operation. It also features digital control of the sonotrode's pressing force, providing enhanced precision.
Additionally, the device includes an e-diagnostics function and real-time visualization of welding parameters. With the capability to define welding programs and access control (USER/SERVICE/ADMINISTRATOR), the welder offers complete flexibility and precise control over the process.
