We develop innovative ultrasonic transducers, designed to meet various industrial and research needs, operating at four key frequencies. Our 20 kHz transducers, with power ratings of 3 kW and 4 kW, are ideal for welding thermoplastics and non-ferrous metals. The 3 kW models are perfectly suited for intermittent or continuous operation in stationary welding machines, while the 4 kW transducers, equipped with an advanced cooling system, ensure reliability during high-power continuous operation.

For more precise operations, we offer 30 kHz transducers with 1.2 kW power, used for welding small components, foils, and non-ferrous metals. The 36 kHz transducers with 0.8 kW power are ideal for welding thin materials, such as nonwovens and foils, in both handheld and standard welders.

Additionally, we have developed ultrasonic transducers for research and laboratory applications, operating at frequencies of 40 kHz (500 W), 50 kHz (300 W), 60 kHz (150 W), and 75 kHz (90 W). Although these transducers offer lower power, they are perfect for precision applications.

Each transducer can be mounted in both standard and rotary configurations, depending on the application requirements in stationary welders, handheld welders, or welding lines.
