We manufacture and offer you an Automatic Washing Line designed for carrying out complex ultrasonic cleaning processes and ultrasonic-assisted chemical degreasing. The line is equipped with six washing chambers and a drying station, with the ability to individually set parameters for each chamber. By automating the ultrasonic cleaning process, we increase efficiency, ensuring consistent exposure times and the correct sequence of reagent baths. Additionally, at the final stage of the process, it is possible to install an ultrasonic welder that seals the cleaned and dried components in hermetically sealed packages, ensuring their complete protection.
